*** The Delsea Drive-In Theatre wants you to know that it could not accept the lease terms Disney demanded for Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 2. Disney had applied similarly outrageous demands for its Beauty and the Beast. We believe that the terms as well as additional attached conditions are unreasonable. We also believe that acceptance of these terms would likely lead to other studios adoption of the same record-setting lease demands. Like many drive-ins, we are an independent, small business operation. We simply can not afford to take the feature on its break under these terms and conditions. We will continue to follow negotiations between our film booker and Disney. Perhaps we will be able to get the feature at a later date.

Food Permit (Trial): As a courtesy for those patrons who feel it necessary to bring in his/her or their own/outside food and/or beverage, we offer an Outside Food and Beverage Permit. This courtesy is being offered on a "trial" basis. The price of the Food Permit is $20 per vehicle at the Box Office. The Food Permit price doubles beyond our front entry gates. Permits MUST be place in a conspicuous area of the dashboard so that it may easily seen by grounds personnel. The Food Permit applies to the occupants of a single vehicle.Sharing with occupants of other vehicles is not allowed without the purchase of additional food permits. The survival of the drive-in is totally contingent upon its restaurant/concession sales. Our restaurant menu is broad and reasonably priced. We open our Box Office 1 1//2 to 2 hours ahead of showtime so that our patrons can purchase and enjoy their meals before showtime. Arriving too close to showtime is not advised.
